Icd11 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the icd11 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users of icd11.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the icd11 platform on any device, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is permitted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of icd11 is lawful in your region.

Icd11 reserves the right to deny access or suspend the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility criteria, without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is not intended for individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under local law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account registration & information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on icd11. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without refund of any outstanding balance.

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. icd11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.

Password & account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you promptly report a breach to the icd11 support team.

Icd11 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent the platform.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All deposits and withdrawals on icd11 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts local payment methods including FPX bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's payments section.

Deposit

All deposits are final once credited to your account. icd11 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. icd11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take 1–5 business days.

Suspicious transactions

Icd11 reserves the right to freeze or withhold transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. Affected accounts may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation. Full cooperation from the user is required throughout the process.

Bonuses & promotions

Any bonuses or promotions offered by icd11 are subject to separate wagering requirements. Misuse of the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Prohibited conduct

Icd11 users are prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from icd11.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or manipulation of the gaming or payment systems.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to icd11 support immediately.
  • Using the platform for unlawful activities, including money laundering or unauthorised financing.

Icd11 liability limits

Icd11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access that occur without negligence on the part of icd11. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and icd11 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or freedom from errors.

Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Account suspension & closure

Icd11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or at the user's own request. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance withdrawal will be processed according to standard procedures once identity verification is complete.

Intellectual property & platform content

All content on the icd11 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of icd11 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Changes to terms & governing law

Icd11 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with procedures set out by the relevant authorities.
